Basic Exchange mailbox
Whilst the majority of your mailboxes will be based on full Exchange collaboration-type email, you may also need a number of POP3-only mailboxes. This type of mailbox offers standard email functionality, and allows email to be used from any email client, without the need for shared calendars, contacts or tasks.
It does, however, include advanced Anti-Spam and Anti-Virus for your protection, Outlook Web Access Lite, and remains within the Hosted Exchange enterprise-class email environment. By mixing and matching, you only pay for the full Exchange mailboxes you need.

Additional bandwidth
Each mailbox has a large 250MB bandwidth allowance per month. If you regularly exceed this limit, you may choose to increase the mailbox bandwidth to a higher limit.
